Jamie Smith’s MABON – The Last Huzzah Tour rescheduled date *£16 / £14

A lot can change in twenty years!

Like a high-end cheese, Mabon matured gradually into the virtuosic Titans of original, interceltic music that they are today.

Two decades of sparky jigs and slammin’ reels; stirring songs and exquisite ballads; award-winning performances, mighty banter and a faithful following of ardent fans – this is a band that knows its stuff.

But now Mabon is hanging up its boots – the next twenty years will be about fresh challenges for each of these five firm friends and marvellous musicians.

No scandal, no mystery; no drama, no acrimony; not even the tried and tested “musical differences”. It’s time for more family time, new projects – and yes, less motorway mileage and fewer cups of service station coffee.

A thousand shows, dozens of countries, five continents; with a hard-earned reputation for dazzling live performances; Mabon is going out on a high with a Farewell Tour in spring 2020.

This is a band ending on a very good note – and plenty of them!

Come and catch those notes live while you can – this tour is ‘The Last Huzzah!’
