A Step-by-Step Guide to Online Booking

Your Account

To book online you will need an account with us.

Click on MY ACCOUNT in the menu bar.

If this is your first time booking online you will need to create an account – click on Register now and fill in the requested details.

If you have booked with us under the old system we might already have your details and you may get the following message come up:

“A user with this email address already has an account on our system. If you have access to this email account please click here to request a new password.”

‘Click here’ as prompted and a password will immediately be sent to your email address that will give you access to your account.  You can then change it to a password of your choice and continue with your booking.  You will only need to do this once.

Otherwise, finish creating your account as prompted, then continue with your booking.

Once you have an account you can log in easily from the MY ACCOUNT page using your email address and password.

From the MY ACCOUNT page, you can also edit your personal details and your preferences at any time.

Making a booking

Once you are logged in, navigate to the event you want to book for in the usual way and follow the prompts to complete your booking.

Booking fees

Prices quoted on the website or in print are for tickets booked in person at the Ticket Office. Tickets booked via telephone or online are subject to a transaction fee of up to £1.50 per transaction.

Reservations

We are happy to reserve tickets but any reservations will only be held for 1 week, after this they will be deleted from the system.

 

Cookies

As with all sites that do online sales, you will need to accept Cookies (little bits of data that help us to track your order) to be able to book.  If an alert about Cookies comes up, you will need to change the settings in the ‘Preferences’ menu of your browser to ‘Accept Cookies’.  You then need to ‘Refresh’ the page.  You will only need to do this once.

You can also go to the event page(s) first and select your seats.  Once you go to the CHECKOUT you will be prompted to log in to your account.

You will be sent an email confirming your booking once your payment has gone through.

If you have asked to collect your tickets from the box office, you will need your booking reference number when you come to collect.

If you have requested that your tickets be posted you will receive these in the next couple of days.

 

FAQs

 

Can I book for more than one event?

Yes, you can book for as many events as you like at one time.  Your selections will be kept in your ‘basket’ until you go to the checkout and pay.

 

What if I change my mind half way through?

You can review your ‘basket’ and make changes to your selection at any point before you pay.

 

Can I reserve tickets online?

No, tickets cannot be reserved online, only over the phone or in person.

 

Can I print tickets at home?

No, I’m afraid we don’t have that facility at the moment.

 

How long will my ticket selection be held for?

If you have selected some tickets, they will be held in your basket for 30mins.

(NB. Your browser may time you out of your session before that.)

 

How do I log out?

You can log out from the MY ACCOUNT page or just by closing the browser window.
