An evening with Maggot’s Diversions
6 local musicians with a wide range of traditional music at their fingertips.
Repeating their highly successful show – featuring a full range of folk instruments – giving life to jigs, reels, shanties, songs and more. This event is being held to raise funds for Bridport Arts Centre’s Come Together Campaign.
We are fantastically grateful to Oxenbury’s Yard who have donated their workshop for the Concert. This is the new workshop space for artists and performers in Gundry Lane. It will provide an atmospheric venue for the concert. ‘Hoppiness’ will be providing the bar. If you have not been there yet, this is a great opportunity to see the workshop.

“When we heard that the Arts Centre was raising money to buy back the building, we felt that we wished to do something to help raise the funds. The Arts Centre has been a key promoter and supporter of the Arts and artists in West Dorset for over 50 years. We have enjoyed playing there and being part of audiences at many memorable events.
We are delighted to bring our evening of folk music to Bridport and are excited to be playing in the workshop at Oxenbury’s Yard. It will be a fantastic venue which should suit our music and who knows we may see some dancing!”
