The Allsop Gallery
The Allsop Gallery is Bridport Arts Centre’s main exhibiting space; it is situated upstairs in the Old School House.
The gallery hosts temporary exhibitions from around the world displaying works from local, national and internationally renowned artists, as well touring work from the UK. A variety of media is represented, including sound, film, mixed media, photography, painting, sculpture and installation.
The space is bright, airy and somewhere that you can reflect upon art in a relaxed environment.
Participation is at the heart of all that we do and we hope that you will join us for our previews, talks and participatory workshops.
“The Allsop Gallery space is wonderful. The light is amazing and it keeps it’s original charisma whilst housing great exhibitions”
Megan Dunford Exhibtion Officer and Artist
