Freelance Gallery Co-ordinator

Bridport Arts Centre is seeking a freelance Gallery Co-ordinator to support the co-ordination and workflow of our exhibitions and events in the Allsop Gallery.

This role requires flexible working and some elements can be carried out remotely, but you will be required to work on site at the beginning of the installation/deinstallation of exhibitions and to support events where necessary. It would suit someone who is seeking extra employment to work around other commitments.

• Hours: 12 hours to be worked flexibly across each month.
• Fee: £300 per month.
• Contract period: 9 months, with review and option to extend after 6 months.
• Location: flexible – working from home and Bridport Arts Centre (9 South Street, Bridport, Dorset DT6 3NR).
• Reporting to: Interim Deputy Director.

Bar Staff (part time, flexible hours)
Bridport Arts Centre is a vibrant, creative space dedicated to offering Arts for All. We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable Casual Bar Staff to join our team and help create a friendly, welcoming environment for our visitors.

As a member of our bar team, you’ll be at the heart of our arts centre, interacting with a diverse crowd while serving drinks and providing excellent service. If you’re passionate about the arts, enjoy working with people, and have a positive, energetic attitude, we’d love to hear from you!

• Hours: By rota, to include daytimes, evenings, and weekends
• National Living Wage paid monthly in arrears
• Zero Hours contract
• Reporting to: Dee Fenton, General Manager and Programmer, Bridport Arts Centre
